Refund policy
At Young Alpha, we strive to make sure you’re 100% Satisfied with your order. We will always do our best to ensure that every order and every product is fulfilled at the highest standard.
Unfortunately sometimes things do happen and we want to own that fact. If for any reason there is any damage to your item upon receipt, please reach out to info@youngalpahgear.com immediately so we can resolve the issue as fast as possible.
RETURNS:
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
We do offer a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the time you receive your products to request a return.
To qualify for our return policy, your item must be in the same condition that you received them. They must be unworn, unused and unwashed. We will also need proof of purchase.
To start a return with Young Alpha Gear you can contact us at info@youngalphagear.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. If you decide to simply ship your products back to us without prior activation of the return process it will not be accepted. We do offer exchanges within 14 days of the purchase if something doesn't quite work out as expected. The same terms and conditions apply to the exchange as the return.
TERMS ON EXCHANGE:
Item must be in new, never worn, & never washed condition. If Young Alpha determines that the item/items do not fit the criteria we reserve the right to reject the exchange. We aim to accommodate any reason for a product not working out the way it was expected so please don't hesitate to contact us, we want you enjoying our brand daily!
We do ask that you contact us as soon as possible from the time you receive your products if there is a problem so we can promptly resolve the issue for you.
LOST SHIPMENTS:
Here at Young Alpha we do our best to get shipments out to our customers within our 5-7 Day window. It is the buyers responsibility to contact the carrier for tracking and lost shipments. Don’t hesitate to reach out to info@youngalphagear.com - if there’s anything we can do to help, we will.
